MONTREAL — Firefighters rescued a man who was dangling from the third storey of a building on Mountain Sights Ave. in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough Wednesday afternoon.
The man reportedly fell from scaffolding on the building’s sixth floor to its third just before 3 p.m. Firefighters were called to the scene and used their crane-like ladder to retrieve the victim.
The man, who was doing maintenance work on the outside of the building, was taken away in an ambulance just before 4 p.m.
His condition remains unclear.
