DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) —
Durham firefighters rescued a man who fell into a concrete pit Sunday.
Firefighters say the man fell into the pit outside the Henderson Towers on South Duke Street.
Crews strapped him onto a board, then hoisted him up a ladder.
The man was conscious when rescuers arrived.
No word yet on how badly he was hurt, or how he fell into the pit.
