“Multiple calls came in reporting a house on fire.  Engine 13 arrived with fire showing from the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 story middle of the group dwelling.  Interior crews quickly located and removed 3 victims who were transported to the hospital.  A 4th victim was located shortly after the bulk of the fire was knocked down and was pronounced dead on the scene.

The fire was placed under control in 45 minutes.
